Do you ever add new channels?
Yes, we are constantly adding new channels and features . You will receive updates from us on a monthly basis upon request, just emails us. Do I need to buy additional equipment for my computer?
No, absolutely not! You do not need a TV card, descrambler, antenna or any additional equipment.

Do I have to install any additional hardware?
No, There is no need for a  satellite dish, cable TV connection, or TV card because the channels are streamed directly through your internet connection. 

What countries will Satellite TV Player work in?
Our software works in any country. As long as you have a broad band internet connection you can watch TV from anywhere in the world.

Will Satellite TV Player work on my dial-up internet connection?
Yes, our software works with most 56k internet connections including AOL, NetZero, Earthlink ect. However, we recommend using a broadband internet connection for best results.

Can I hook up Satellite TV Player to play on my TV?
Yes, you can hook up your computer to your TV. If your computer has a video card that supports an S-Video or DMI connection, you can hook up an S-video/DMI cable to any TV that also supports this connection.

Will Satellite TV Player work on Mac or Linux?
No, sorry not at this time. However, advanced users can install a "windows emulator" program that will allow you to use Windows based applications on a Mac or Linux. Note: We do not provide support for this setup.

How do I exit Full Screen mode? 
To exit Full Screen mode, use the [ESC] ("escape") key on your keyboard.
